Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include the details of your order and a confirmation number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us so we can check your order status.
Yes, it is possible to change your shipping address after your order is placed. However, depending on the order status and the delivery method, there may be restrictions. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. We recommend that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible so they can assist you.
Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping costs and delivery times, you can find out at checkout.
We usually ship orders within 2-4 business days, but it may take up to 7-10 business days for orders to arrive depending on the shipping method you choose.
In case they have a spot of dirt, simply wipe them clean with a mild cleanser, such as a handwash, and a soft, clean cloth. For embellished shoes, each embellishment is securely hand-embroidered. You can even dry-clean your shoes to help them last longer.
The structure of our lining is designed to accommodate the shape of your foot and gently hug your feet whether they are wide or narrow.
We strictly do not return. Cancellation can be done within 12 hours of the order being placed.
We accept exchange requests only if there is some manufacturing defect or if there is a size issue, A reverse pick-up will be generated as soon as we receive a request for exchange. The reverse pick-up will be done within 48hrs of the request being generated. We will dispatch the product/s as soon as we receive the previous order back.
We currently don’t process International Exchanges.

Orders placed in India and outside India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies.
You can pay for your purchase using a credit card, debit card, American Express, Paypal, internet banking, and wallet payments like PayTM as well.

For India - ALL taxes and duties are included in the price mentioned.
For International orders, or orders outside of India – If any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Rajasthani Stuff will not be responsible for it.
All of our styles are built according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend buying your normal size in all our styles. However, some customers prefer going up a size in Brogues due to the shape of the shoe. If the shoe feels a bit snug, then that's alright as it will take the shape of your foot.
