Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. website has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.

In order to use the website belonging to rajasthaniStuff, you as customer have accepted the following terms and conditions given below.

  1. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer or mobile resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of color will be accurate.

  2. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  3. RajasthaniStuff  will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on . This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
  1. RajasthaniStuff will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities in India, where we used "Private Courier Companies" (eg. BlueDart , DTDC, First Flight, DHL etc.) to ship your order.

  2. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion RajasthaniStuff.

  3. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on website will not be changed or replaced further.

  4. RajasthaniStuff reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

  5. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by RajasthaniStuff for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.

  6. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. RajasthaniStuff reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, RajasthaniStuff has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of without prior intimation whatsoever.
  1. RajasthaniStuff shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days, once the order is delivered.

  2. RajasthaniStuff  will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.


Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy


All the purchases will not be refundable.

We strictly do not return. Cancellation can be done within 12 hours of the order placed.

We accept the exchange requests only if there is some manufacturing defect or if there is a size issue, A reverse pick up will be generated as soon as we receive a request for exchange. The reverse pick up will be done within 48hrs of request generated. We will dispatch the product/s as soon as we receive the previous order back.

We do not accept returns and exchange if the product/s does not suits you & we also do not exchange or return for any small issues like minor damages that might happen during transit of the product which can easily fixable.

You are advised to visit the product/s on website to make sure the design, colour and sizes. 5-10%  colour difference depends on the screen resolution and visibility, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The number of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

In case of exchange of products, please keep the price tag on the product and the shipment copy/bill copy on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for the exchange.

The exchange of product is only applicable in case of delivered product returned to us unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also, the product should be properly folded and packed well. Else we will not be able to exchange the product.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

Exchanges can be processed only once per order. Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery

All the products purchased during sale, discount or offers will be non-exchangeable.

Cancellation by  RajasthaniStuff

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/ fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include the limitation on quantity available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product and pricing information, or problem identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
